Josée Larocque-Patton
HR Consultant, Investigator, Trainer
Josée is a Human Resources Expert specializing in HR emergencies, problem solving, crisis management, investigations and overall performance management. She began her HR career on the water more than 25 years ago with Celebrity Cruise Lines, Disney Cruise Lines, and eventually landed in the Bahamas. In each of these roles, Josée has gained valuable knowledge and experience working with over 60 different nationalities.
Once back in Ontario, Josée began working for the largest pharmaceutical company in Canada for over a decade. Josée was the everyday “go-to” person for all HR matters. Her clients included more than 450 leaders throughout Ontario, Québec and the Atlantic provinces. In her role, she was a company culture facilitator, leadership trainer, project leader and community investment delegate.
Many years ago, she launched her own HR consulting firm to help small and medium-sized businesses as their trusted HR advisor and became the author of Navigating HR- Simple Tips for People Leaders. Assisting with anything from M&A’s, hiring packages, policies and procedures, employee handbooks, health & safety, AODA, employee engagement, performance management and more.
Josée is a seasoned workplace investigator and assessor, helping organizations navigate complex people management challenges.
