Pre-transaction

We will review the preliminary transaction material and attend meetings with you to help summarize and concur the key HR points of the deal before proceeding to the due diligence and contract drafting phase.

Due Diligence

Ensuring your seller’s presentation of the company is accurate, a due diligence is the most critical element in this process. Depending on the size of the personnel our due diligences can take anywhere from 4 hours to a few days. They could involve interviewing the CEO, leadership team, and frequently a bookkeeper / administrator.

Post-transaction

Whether you are keeping or parting ways with some of the staff, providing formal offer letters and discussing the new business conditions can be shared one on one or by hosting post transaction team meetings.
